14 DAYS RETURN – MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within two weeks and get a full refund, no questions asked.

Important conditions:

  • Your return must be delivered within 14 days. Returns received after this period will not be accepted unless agreed in advance with our customer service.

  • Watches must be returned with all original packaging and accessories. Items that have been worn or altered in any way will not be eligible for return or exchange.

  • The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

  • This policy ensures that returned items can be resold in their original condition.

  • Credit card processing fees will not be refunded if the payment was made by card and the payout has already been completed.

  • Duties and taxes paid upon importation of the watch cannot be refunded by us.

⚠️ The following conditions apply only in case of a voluntary return (change of mind):

  • Return shipping fees will be at your charge.

  • Original shipping costs are non‑refundable.

  • A 1% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

These conditions do not apply if the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, incorrect reference)


IMPORTANT – PREORDERED WATCHES ("On Order / On Request")

These watches are not in stock and must be specially sourced following your request.

  • Preordered watches are not eligible for return, unless there is an error on our part (wrong item).

  • Exceeding the indicative delivery time (4–8 weeks) is not a valid reason for cancellation or return, as delivery times are approximate and depend on the availability and response times of our suppliers.


HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS

  • Make a return request by email, including your order number.

  • After approval by our customer service, please return the watch in the condition you received it: never worn, and with the complete set (box, warranty card, booklet, stickers, etc.).

  • You may choose your preferred carrier. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method and keeping the tracking number. If needed, we can help you arrange shipping.

  • For preordered watches, returns are only possible if the error is ours. In such cases, we will cover return costs and organize the return with our carrier.

  • Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll send you a refund confirmation email.
